Lord Comet, The Paranormal Therapist

Lord Comet is by far the most out there of the group. When not playing video games, you can find Lord Comet running the streets with all sorts of contraptions looking for ghosts.

Wait, ghosts?

Yes, see when Lord Comet was a little boy, he witnessed the great horror of his family disappearing in the fateful Poultrygeist Incident. After that, he was taken in by a great man who taught him the new forms of hunting ghosts. In his early years, Lord Comet went out on many missions to hone his art – the infamous Elvis haunting of the restaurant at the end of the universe, the moaning groaning cranky monkey ghosts in the traveling gypsy camps of northern Ireland, and of course who could forget the headless horseman of Sleepy Hollow! But all of these were lost souls just needing someone to understand them. Lord Comet became that man!

Turns out the Headless Horseman just needed help getting the bacon out of his throat. He choked on it trying to prove he could still eat it on a dare from Dracula. The monkeys were just bored and needed something more entertaining than chains. And the list goes on.

Once word got out Lord Comet solved paranormal problems, more than ghosts came knocking on his door. The jersey devil needed help breaking free from his pimp, Nessie really needed some love advice, and Casper just wanted to be mean, like really mean, just once.

And then one fateful day Stone walked through his door. He asked a lot of questions about something named a Sinjince. As much as Lord Comet researched, he found no mention of anything called a Sinjince in his books. Weeks later, Stone returned. Lord Comet respectfully admitted he had no idea what a Sinjince was, in which case Stone laughed and asked him why he didn’t just ask Stone what Sinjince was! (yes, this was during Stone’s third person phase) Shocked, Lord comet lost his cool and let loose the snide and sarcastic side he had hidden for professional reasons. A battle of wills ensued that lasted a few years until Stone sent Pyro as an emissary with a single message –

”Well played good sir, well played. You are a worthy opponent.”

Something struck the back of Lord comet’s head and he was unconscious. He woke up in a very big, very deserted moon base. Next to him were instructions from Stone – Help the Sinjince. So Lord comet has been trying to figure out what the Sinjince is (he now knows and man is it a hopeless case) and falling into playing video games to pass the time. The moon has become his home, he rather likes it actually. And the good part about his old job is the cliental can get to the moon. His schedule is full as vampires, zombies, and more line up for the psychiatric help they need.

To this day, Lord Comet and Stone often get into massive battles of will. Only Lord Comet learned to wear a helmet during these times to avoid being hit on the head again.
